The food at the restaurant was tasty, especially the buffet breakfast. We tried some really great dishes. The place was spotless and the people at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. 🌟

The staff at the reception desk were very attentive. the rooms were a decent size and newly renovated. - the balcony had a nice view and was great.

It was excellent. We had a big apartment for three people. There was a nice bedroom for two people, a pleasant living room in which an extra bed was put (normally it is a living room), good kitchen and bathroom, and the most important two terraces. The price is inexpensive. Dinner at the restaurant is also exquisite. We liked this hotel very much.

I was very positively suprised to have an appartment with two rooms and a kitchen. Both rooms had balcony with beautifull view for the sea.For me it was more much than a 3 star hotel. Great location- plenty of shopss/restaurants around. Shuttle bus to centre very helpfull. Very friendly and polite staff at the reception.

Bathroom would need some renovation. Very limited vegetables for breakfast.

Lifts were small and very often long waiting time.

Slow elevator, sometimes no internet, but just ask to reset the router and internet works

The breakfast offered plenty of food and was excellent. We truly enjoyed the historic-style building.- Our room was huge.- The location near public transport to Funchal city centre was marvellous.
